TASK 4

REFLECTION

In this module, I learned more about Privacy by Design principles and gained a deeper understanding of how UX design plays an important role in shaping users’ perception of privacy and trust. I became more aware of how design decisions, such as layout, visual hierarchy, language, and interaction elements, can influence users’ understanding of data practices and consent. The module also helped me develop stronger research and analytical skills by linking theoretical concepts to real-world design applications.

Overall, I enjoyed Task 2 the most because it allowed me to engage directly in the design process and translate my research findings into visual outcomes. This task enabled me to apply UX and privacy principles in a practical manner, transforming abstract ideas into clear and user-centred visual designs. It was particularly rewarding to see how research insights could guide design decisions and improve clarity, transparency, and user trust within a digital interface.
